About the Role
Join DoorDash as a Payroll Analyst supporting payroll operations across the US and Canada. You will focus on execution, compliance, and enhancing the payroll process.Responsibilities
- Execute payroll processing tasks accurately and on time for US and Canada.
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and external vendors to resolve payroll issues.
- Contribute to payroll projects like compliance updates and audit preparations.
- Document workflows and share knowledge with team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in multi-state US payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canadian payroll is a plus.
