About the Role

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing for our clients
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve payroll-related issues and provide guidance and support to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a UK payroll environment
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll-related issues
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
