Job Description

About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist at Gitlab, you will play a key role in managing the details behind our payroll operations. You will be the point of contact for questions across all levels of the company and will use tools like Workday, ADP, and ServiceNow to research and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Support accurate and timely payroll processing through data entry, review, and maintenance of payroll records in systems such as Workday and ADP
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to contribute to process improvements in a global, all-remote environment
  • Support critical processes such as year-end tax forms, garnishments, and employment verifications

Requirements

  • Experience with payroll software and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
