About the Role

The PDR Technician role at Carvana is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the automotive industry. As a PDR Technician, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles using Paintless Dent Repair techniques, working with state-of-the-art tools, and collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality vehicles to customers. You will work closely with other technicians, inspectors, and production staff to ensure that all vehicles meet the company's high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience accessing panels, using glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

What You Will Do

  • Repair vehicles using Paintless Dent Repair techniques
  • Work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair dents
  • Repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels

  • Meet production targets and quality standards

  • Use safety equipment and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
  • Experience accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques
  • Ability to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
  • Valid driver's license

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with state-of-the-art tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Certification in PDR or a related field
  • Experience working in a production environment
