What You Will Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for pediatric scenarios to ensure medical accuracy, safety, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Validate the consistency of AI-generated responses with established pediatric care standards and protocols.
- Annotate and structure pediatric patient cases for AI training datasets to improve model performance.
- Provide expert feedback on diagnosis, treatment plans, and care recommendations to technical teams.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in AI-generated responses and collaborate with technical teams to address these issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI-generated clinical outputs and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements to AI models.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric care and healthcare technology to ensure the continuous enhancement of AI-generated clinical outputs.
- Participate in training and educational initiatives to enhance your skills in healthcare technology and AI.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for the review and validation of AI-generated clinical outputs.
What We Are Looking For
- Active RN license in the United States.
- 5+ years of pediatric nursing experience in a hospital, PICU, NICU, or clinic setting.
- Strong understanding of pediatric care standards and protocols.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and documentation.
- Experience with evidence-based guidelines (AAP, CDC, etc.).
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, informatics, or AI tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.

- Prior experience in reviewing or training clinical staff.
