About the Role

The PEO Partner Account Executive role at Rippling is a dynamic position that requires managing high-velocity sales cycles while navigating strategic sales processes. As a key member of the sales team, you will engage with interested prospects and customers, qualify PEO/ASO opportunities, and manage sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate Rippling's services. Your primary focus will be on closing revenue from marketing-generated demos and working closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition to the platform for new customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class SDR and Marketing team, leveraging their efforts to drive sales growth. Your expertise in PEO/ASO sales and your ability to understand the competitor landscape will be invaluable in driving business success. As a PEO Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the PEO/ASO pipeline in Salesforce, accurately forecasting revenue, and moving deals along in the PEO quoting process.

What You Will Do

  • Manage PEO/ASO pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and move deals along in the PEO quoting process
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentations and deep PEO/ASO discussions
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Become a product expert on PEO/ASO service offerings and understand the competitor landscape
  • Support referring partners regarding RFPs, quote requests, product information, etc.
  • Work closely with CSM/Account Executive teams to ensure a successful PEO/ASO evaluation and close
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer sites
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic planning and outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products, features, and services
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and customer needs

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of successful PEO sales experience
  • Experience carrying a $350k+ annual quota
  • Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Experience selling PEO/ASO software
  • Experience building funnel through referral partners
  • Experience co-selling with external and internal partners
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools

  • Experience with HR and IT solutions
