What You Will Do
- Facilitate all People Operations functions, including benefit administration, visa-related requests, and policy updates
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data across the company's HRIS and global payroll platform
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal operations, offboarding, and employee experience
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in People Operations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being
- Provide administrative support to employees, managers, and external partners as needed
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and projects forward
- Continuously evaluate and improve People Operations processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, track metrics, and inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain policy documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Nice to Have
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
- Certification in HR or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or PHR
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, as well as their applications in HR and People Operations
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations, including those related to employee benefits and compensation
