About the Role

The People Operations role at NABIS is a critical component of the company's success, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and operational process. As a key member of the People team, this role will partner with department leaders across the company to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, talent development, and employee engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Partner with the Operations team to create role-specific training and support interview and manager skill-building
  • Drive engagement through existing programs and develop new gamification initiatives to improve bi-annual employee engagement scores
  • Own project scope, assign tasks, and drive outcomes for initiatives across the People team
  • Communicate progress and new initiatives company-wide via Slack and email
  • Standardize the onboarding experience to ensure a consistent, high-quality start for all new team members
  • Ensure departing employees have a consistent, respectful exit experience, including coordinating system access removal and conducting exit interviews
  • Monitor mandatory training completion and build new development content as needs arise
  • Continuously improve new hire orientation for both on-site and remote employees

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, talent development, or a related field
  • Strong organizational instincts and clear communication skills
  • Genuine passion for talent development and operational process
  • Ability to hold multiple priorities at once without losing focus
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and storytelling
  • Familiarity with Excel and other productivity tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with department leaders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of gamification and employee engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
  • Certification in operations, talent development, or a related field
