Job Description
About the Role
The People Operations team at Twilio is the backbone of the company's core HR functions, responsible for managing the day-to-day processes of the employee lifecycle. As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing improvements for the region, creating best practices, and contributing to the foundation of a world-class People Operations organization. You will work closely with other People functions to execute HR Operational processes and services, bringing a skill-set of strong customer service, detail orientation, communication skills, and a broad understanding of HR processes and systems.The role entails providing HR support directly to employees and internal partners, leveraging the HRIS system to perform transactions, and maintaining confidentiality of core HR data and projects. You will also be responsible for documenting, maintaining, and communicating core HR processes to users and partners, as well as participating in system testing and support for HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems, and processes.

What You Will Do
- Leverage the HRIS system to perform transactions, support employees, and internal stakeholders
- Provide HR support directly to employees and internal partners related to questions concerning benefits, compensation, HR policies, relocation, payroll, HR systems, general HR-related questions, mobility, and immigration
- Provide administration, communication, and processing in support of core HR processes
- Partner closely with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR Operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity
- Provide mentorship and assistance for employees and managers on core HR policies and processes
- Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects
- Participate in system testing and support for HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems, and processes
- Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to users and partners
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
