Job Description

About the Role

The People Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of VulnCheck's global team. This newly created position will be responsible for bringing operational rigor to the systems and processes that power the company's team, with a focus on building a top-notch employee experience. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's global operations and will be working closely with the Director of Talent to drive key initiatives.

As a key member of the People team, the People Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading the global HRIS implementation, building out compliance and benefits infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions, and establishing reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data. This role will require a self-starter mentality, strong process orientation, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding playbook and I-9 compliance to exit interviews and jurisdiction-specific offboarding requirements
  • Stand up benefits administration across the US, UK, and Singapore, and build a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar
  • Support EOR-to-direct employment transitions and ensure seamless compliance
  • Build and administer review scheduling, calibration logistics, and template infrastructure
  • Ensure performance data flows into HRIS to inform comp planning
  • Establish reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data to surface actionable insights for leadership
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent to drive key initiatives and support the growth of the global team
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting HR and compliance

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, Benefits Coordinator, or a closely related role
  • Hands-on experience with modern people tools and HRIS systems
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions or countries
  • Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with AI-powered HR tools and systems
