## About the Role As a People & Payroll Specialist at Reach plc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services to approximately 3,000 employees. This is a process-driven position that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies, manage complex manual calculations, and provide support to employees with payroll-related queries. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining system records, processing statutory forms, and ensuring strict audit compliance.
