Stripe is seeking a People Process Optimization Specialist to drive holistic process optimization across our portfolios. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lean methodologies and operations environments.Responsibilities
- Apply process optimization frameworks to manage the PPO Portfolio
- Drive discovery and analysis phases using expert optimization frameworks
- Lead Service Catalog development to standardize People team offerings
- Create roadmaps for process improvements with rigorous ROI considerations
