About the Role
The People Process Optimization (PPO) team at Stripe is seeking a Team Lead to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of processes that support the People team's capabilities.Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the process optimization team, focusing on Lean/Six Sigma methods, data analysis, and automation best practices.
- Define team goals, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans aligned with business needs.
- Drive the development and adoption of a standardized Service Catalog for clarity across People functions.
- Instill governance, operating rhythms, and escalation paths to reduce ambiguity in process ownership.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with process optimization, preferably in a Lean or Six Sigma context.
