About the Role

Join Twilio as a People Service Center Representative, providing Tier 1 support for employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage ServiceNow ticketing to support employee queries and internal clients
  • Data entry into Workday for new hires, terms, and other core people processes
  • Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to users and partners
  • Provide operational support to employees and internal partners on Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Background Checks, HR Systems, and Mobility and Immigration
  • Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects
  • Support the core on-boarding administration globally
