About the Role

Directive is a revenue-first marketing consultancy that serves B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer to build and maintain our visual identity and produce ad creative for our paid programs.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system
  • Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
  • Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for social advertising platforms

  • Experience with GA4 and Programmatic
