About the Role
Directive is a revenue-first marketing consultancy that serves B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer to build and maintain our visual identity and produce ad creative for our paid programs.Responsibilities
- Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
- Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for social advertising platforms
Requirements
- Experience with GA4 and Programmatic
- Portfolio that showcases ability to drive results through design
