About the Role

Directive is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to build and maintain its visual identity, produce ad creative, and design sales materials. The ideal candidate will be equally at home in brand and paid creative.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system that accounts for three divisions and the Stratos platform layer
  • Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
  • Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for paid social, programmatic, and video channels
