Job Description

About the Role

Directive is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining Directive's visual identity and producing ad creative that runs across their paid programs.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system
  • Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
  • Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for social advertising platforms

Requirements
