About the Role
As a Performance Creative Designer at Directive, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative, data-driven designs that drive real results for B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting visuals that capture attention, from concept to delivery, across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals, ensuring that every design element contributes to the overall success of the campaign. Directive's unique approach to performance marketing means that design isn't just about aesthetics; it's about creating visual systems that are grounded in data and can withstand the pressure of performance channels.What You Will Do
- Design and develop compelling visual assets, including ad sets and landing pages, backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video content optimized for social media platforms.
- Edit existing video assets to create high-performing ad units tailored to specific platform specifications and audience attention spans.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure alignment of motion creative with audience insights and campaign objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets, adapting creatively to different audience segments and platforms.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, communicating effectively with project management and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO.
- 1 year of experience with motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and heatmapping.
- Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, including learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with design systems and their application in performance marketing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and their role in enhancing user experience.
- Certification in design or a related field.
