About the Role
Directive is a revenue-first marketing consultancy serving B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to build and maintain our visual identity, produce ad creative, and design sales materials.Responsibilities
- Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
- Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for paid social, programmatic, and video channels

- Expertise in GA4 and Programmatic
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial outcomes
