Job Description

About the Role

The Performance Manager Associate role is a critical support function within the Product & Engineering Performance Management Team at Tether Operations Limited. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across the Engineering and Product departments. Your work will provide executive leadership with clear visibility into team performance, potential risks, and financial adherence.

The role entails working closely with various stakeholders to track and analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. You will be an integral part of the team, working remotely from anywhere in the world, and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

The Product & Engineering Performance Management Team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and as a Performance Manager Associate, you will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the rigorous tracking of engineering and product team performance by updating dashboards and verification logs.
  • Maintain and organize operational standards, coordination protocols, and technical standards within Confluence to ensure department-wide visibility.
  • Provide administrative support in the tracking and reporting of OKRs on the agreed-upon cadence.
  • Update and monitor the hiring pipeline data to ensure the leadership team has an accurate view of candidate influx and resource needs.
  • Support in-depth due diligence by gathering necessary data and documentation to verify that teams are functioning as intended.
  • Assist in overseeing budget spreadsheets and expenditure logs to help identify potential cost overruns or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-impact role focused on operations or administrative support.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team reporting to executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Confluence and Jira for process verification and visibility.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify and surface potential delays.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
