About the Role
As a Performance Marketer at The Global Talent Co., you will be at the forefront of driving candidate acquisition through paid media campaigns. Your primary focus will be on Google Ads, with the opportunity to expand your expertise across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging advertising platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing.Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing and optimizing paid campaigns to attract top-tier marketing talent from around the world. You will work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and continuously improve campaign performance. With a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance optimization, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

What You Will Do
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality candidate acquisition
- Develop and execute keyword strategies, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization
- Own the complete lifecycle of paid campaigns, including targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, and reporting
- Partner with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to communicate campaign insights to leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with additional experience across Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, bidding strategies, match types, and conversion optimization
- Proven success in improving campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Experience managing and scaling paid advertising budgets across multiple channels
- Familiarity with emerging advertising platforms such as Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads
- Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Experience working with creative teams to develop high-converting advertising assets

- Experience running B2B Paid Search campaigns
- Background in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition Marketing
- Experience marketing to marketers or other professional B2B audiences
