- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives

- Communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success in campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, search engine marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
