What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, and email to achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies and optimize ongoing campaigns for better performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure aligned marketing efforts that meet business goals.
- Manage and optimize the performance marketing budget to ensure ROI-positive campaigns and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and make recommendations for implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and negotiations.
- Work closely with the analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of marketing campaigns.
