About the Role
The Performance Marketing Lead role at HCEsquared is a pivotal position that involves developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive healthcare provider (HCP) engagement. This role is integral to the company's mission of elevating patient outcomes by enhancing the skills and performance of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analytical and creative problem-solving, with a strong background in performance marketing and a keen interest in the healthcare sector.Day-to-day, the Performance Marketing Lead will work closely with the Director of HCP Engagement & Communication to analyze historical performance data, build predictive models, and apply yield management principles to inform marketing plans. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility needed for high-performing professionals who are self-motivated and disciplined.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across email, social media, paid media, and website/landing pages to drive HCP engagement and conversion.
- Analyze historical performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to build predictive models that inform marketing plans.
- Apply yield management principles to determine which marketing levers to pull for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Use tools like Adjust and Excel to track performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve the highest possible ROI.
- Present campaign results and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
