About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of marketing channels, including search, social, and display. You will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. You will also have the chance to test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases, and to collaborate with the product team to develop new marketing features and tools.

What You Will Do

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition channels, including search, social, and display
  • Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets and messaging
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics
  • Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in marketing and technology
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop new marketing features and tools

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior
  • Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Prior experience working fully remote
  • Fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
  • Experience working with US- or UK-based companies
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Familiarity with ABM or account-based paid strategies
  • Experience in high-growth or AI-first SaaS companies
  • Exposure to advanced attribution or multi-touch reporting
