## About the Role As a Performance Marketing Manager at Up Collective, you will play a critical role in driving brand growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement. ## What You Will Do - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing - Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaign strategies that drive engagement and conversion - Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI - Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners - Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance - Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results - Provide regular reporting and analysis to the marketing team and other stakeholders
## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing - Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital campaigns - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with remote work and managing projects independently - Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive campaign success - Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools - Certification in Google Ads or other marketing platforms a plus
