What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid media channels, including search, social, and display advertising.

  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing messages and effective campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as media agencies and technology vendors.
  • Develop and manage campaign reporting and analysis, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities, including emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing laws, regulations, and industry standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and ad exchanges.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to apply data insights to marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
