About the Role
Komodo Health is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join its team. This role entails developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion. The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and optimize marketing campaigns.The role matters because it directly contributes to Komodo Health's mission to reduce the global burden of disease. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools to inform future marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure ROI-positive campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine marketing approaches
- Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, and email marketing
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, preferably with tools like Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
