About the Role

We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our multi-channel performance marketing strategy. This role is unique because you'll be our first dedicated performance marketing specialist, working closely with our founding team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize multi-channel performance marketing efforts across:
- Paid Search (Google Ads) - Paid Social (Meta Ads) - Direct Mail
  • Build and scale brand awareness campaigns targeting finance and accounting professionals.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels to uncover scalable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our design team to create, test, and iterate on ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets effectively while focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct structured experiments on ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience managing multi-channel performance marketing, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results and leads, beyond just clicks and impressions.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Highly analytical with a creative edge for copywriting.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and multi-touch attribution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity marketing to finance teams or CFOs.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Background in landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
