About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager role at Harvey is a unique opportunity to lead paid social campaigns that drive real business results. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that reach new heights. Day-to-day, you will manage and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to scale growth. Your expertise in paid social advertising will help Harvey reach new audiences, drive conversions, and build brand awareness.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns that drive business results
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI
  • Scale growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign performance
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with a focus on performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of driving business results through paid social campaigns
  • Experience with campaign management tools, such as AdEspresso or Hootsuite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Experience with remote work and managing global campaigns

Nice to Have
