## About the Role As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Airtable, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns run efficiently and are fully tracked end-to-end. Your expertise in paid social campaigns will be crucial in helping Airtable scale its high-growth performance engine. The role entails managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, executing structured experiments, and delivering operational excellence in budget management and pacing. You will also analyze performance campaign results, make ongoing recommendations, and support paid video and emerging channels as needed. With over 500,000 organizations relying on Airtable, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth team and make a significant impact. ## What You Will Do - Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid social campaigns, including in-platform management of targeting, bidding, and creative trafficking - Execute structured experiments and clearly document learnings to drive continuous improvement in paid campaigns - Deliver operational excellence in the form of precise budget management and pacing - Regularly analyze performance campaign results and make ongoing recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages - Support paid video and other emerging channels as needed - Serve as a liaison between media performance and content and creative, flagging what’s working and what needs improvement - Manage multiple campaigns and workstreams without things falling through the cracks - Proactively share updates, flag issues early, and build strong relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners - Leverage AI to unlock efficiencies in your work and thrive in ambiguous environments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact ## What We Are Looking For - Experienced performance marketer with 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple channels - B2B experience, with a background in sales-led and/or product-led organizations - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams - Strong communicator, with the ability to proactively share updates and flag issues early - Analytical and hypothesis-driven, with the ability to navigate across a swath of metrics and extract insights - Builder-mindset, with the ability to leverage AI to unlock efficiencies in your work - Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools - Strong understanding of paid social campaigns and the ability to optimize for maximum ROI - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines ## Nice to Have - Experience with paid video and emerging channels - Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems - Certification in Google Ads or other paid media platforms - Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to create interactive dashboards ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a high-growth company and make a significant impact - Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Professional development opportunities and ongoing training and support - Access to the latest tools and technologies in the industry - Recognition and reward for outstanding performance and contributions
