What You Will Do

- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI is maximized

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets that drive campaign engagement
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive real results
- Strong understanding of paid media channels, including social media, search, and display
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
