About the Role
The Performance Marketing Specialist role at THE/STUDIO is a unique opportunity for a digital marketing professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns to drive conversions and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.The role entails day-to-day management of campaigns, including bidding, ad copywriting, and targeting. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize results. The team context is collaborative, with regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards the same goals.

What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search engines
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement changes to optimize campaign results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Develop and manage campaign budgets and forecasts
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid search and social media marketing
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and social media
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the marketing and sales teams
- Strong understanding of the African market and consumer behavior
- Experience with campaign budgeting and forecasting
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid search and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads
- Experience with campaign automation tools such as Google Ads Scripts or Facebook Ads API
