About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Operational Trainer to join their Learning Development Team. The successful candidate will work with the wider L&D and Operational Teams to identify and deliver training support across the UK.Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training against company objectives and training statistics
- Support homes and hospitals to meet induction, refresher, statutory, and mandatory training standards
- Work with Training Compliance Managers to plan and schedule training
- Provide accurate and regular reporting to the Head of Quality Continuous Improvement and LD team
Requirements
- Background in care
- Diploma Level 3 in Health Social Care or equivalent
- Experience training in statutory mandatory induction and refresher training subjects
- Competence in IT and full driving knowledge
