About the Role

The PERS Sales Leader role at GE Vernova is a unique opportunity to spearhead the commercial growth strategy for one of the most innovative software portfolios in the energy sector. As a key member of the Power & Energy Resources Software team, you will be responsible for driving sales and partnerships with key stakeholders across Europe and SSA. Your expertise in software sales and your ability to navigate complex value-based selling cycles will be essential in establishing GE Vernova as a leader in the energy sector.

The role involves leading a high-performing sales organization and cultivating customer-focused, value-based selling behaviors. You will be the visible face of the organization, driving cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to land new logos, generate new revenue streams, and build strong, long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across the oil, gas, and power industries.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve TCV/ACV orders and ARR targets
  • Drive the adoption of value-based enterprise selling for GE Vernova's Asset Intelligence - APM software portfolio
  • Build robust Go-to-Market strategies that align with regional priorities and other GE Vernova business units
  • Create innovative sales plays to address complex market challenges and secure new customer acquisitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide a comprehensive, integrated solution experience for customers
  • Develop strong, productive relationships with key regional stakeholders and industry partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer needs
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics

What We Are Looking For

  • Understanding of the industrial software market, specifically within power, oil, and gas sectors

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
