Let's Talk about the Role The PERS Sales Leader will orchestrate and execute a commercial growth strategy to position our Asset Intelligence - APM Software Solutions, driving profitable growth and leading enterprise-level sales across Europe and SSA. You will lead a high-performing sales organization, acting as a transformative leader who cultivates customer-focused, value-based selling behaviors. You will be the visible face of the organization, driving cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to land new logos, generate new revenue streams, and build strong, long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across the oil, gas, and power industries. How You Will Make a Difference Leading and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve TCV/ACV orders and ARR targets. Driving the adoption of value-based enterprise selling for our Asset Intelligence - APM software portfolio. Building robust Go-to-Market strategies that align with regional priorities and other GE Vernova business units. Creating innovative sales plays to address complex market challenges and secure new customer acquisitions. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to provide a comprehensive, integrated solution experience for our customers. Developing strong, productive relationships with key regional stakeholders and industry partners. Skills for Success You should be a strategic leader with a bias for action and a deep passion for digital transformation, with: The ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams within the software and services landscape. The capability to navigate complex value-based selling cycles and structure sophisticated business cases. An understanding of the industrial software market, specifically within power, oil, and gas sectors. An expertise in orchestrating growth programs and building scalable commercial operations. A keen interest in leveraging technology to solve critical energy challenges. A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. How to Stand Out

  • Research GE Vernova's energy transition strategy and be prepared to discuss how your sales leadership experience aligns with their goals of decarbonization and sustainable energy, highlighting specific examples of successful commercial growth strategies in the energy sector.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Power & Energy Resources Software portfolio and practice demoing or discussing the software's capabilities, showcasing your understanding of the technical aspects and how they address the needs of European and SSA markets.
