About the Role
The Personalized Support Engineer 2 is a key member of the Global Personalized support team, supporting top-tier customers and collaborating with Technical Account Managers.Responsibilities
- Handle Phone Numbers product issues and provide 24x7x365 coverage
- Work with customers' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve problems
- Provide customer feedback to Twilio's Product and Engineering teams
