What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections of client properties to locate and identify pest problems.
• Provide sound advice to clients on both chemical and natural pest control remediation options, considering the most effective and environmentally friendly solutions.
• Offer treatments for a wide range of pests, including termites, ants, and other insects, using the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance services, ensuring transparency and value for clients.
• Utilize digital applications on your phone or tablet to manage client information, record service details, and access technical resources.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely, following health and safety guidelines to protect yourself, clients, and the environment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Stay updated on pest control regulations, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in pest control and customer service.

What We Are Looking For

• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Construction, or Customer Service, demonstrating a foundation in a related field.
• Previous experience in an outdoor position in agriculture, construction, or customer service, which has provided you with practical skills and an understanding of client needs.
• Pest Control Applicator certification, indicating your expertise and compliance with industry standards.
• A valid General Driver's Licence (manual) with at least 3 years of driving experience, allowing you to travel to client locations safely and efficiently.
• Comfort and proficiency in using digital applications on a phone or tablet, essential for managing client data and service records.
• Residency in the specified parishes, enabling you to respond promptly to client requests and cover assigned territories effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building strong relationships with clients and providing tailored advice and solutions.
