About the Role

The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers, to design and develop research solutions that are both effective and efficient. Your day-to-day activities will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends, conducting literature reviews, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify research priorities.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop research protocols that meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry
• Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research priorities and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and industry partners
• Analyze and interpret data to inform research designs and solutions
• Develop and implement research designs that are both effective and efficient
• Work closely with data scientists to develop and implement AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with product managers to develop and launch new products and solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation of research designs and solutions
• Present research findings and solutions to stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and industry partners

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, pharmacology, or biomedical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, preferably in a role that involved designing and implementing research protocols
• Expertise in digital skills, including data analysis and interpretation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and technologies, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Certification in a relevant field, such as clinical trials or pharmacovigilance
