## What You Will Do - Ensure the safe and compliant dispensing of medical cannabis to patients - Provide guidance and support to patients on the use of medical cannabis - Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to promote excellent patient care - Maintain accurate records and reports - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes - Collaborate with other teams to promote the responsible use of medical cannabis - Provide education and training to patients and staff on medical cannabis - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

## What We Are Looking For - Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license, in good standing - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD - 1+ years of experience working in a pharmacy setting, assisting patients/customers - Satisfactory completion of any State-required Medical Cannabis education programs - Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice and medical cannabis - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a medical cannabis dispensary - Knowledge of digital pharmacy systems and software - Certification in medical cannabis or a related field - Experience with patient education and training
