About the Role
The Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader/Case Processing Manager, plays a critical role in leading a team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects or groups of projects. This position requires a deep understanding of pharmacovigilance principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. The team leader will be responsible for ensuring effective cooperation with clients, managing project-specific KPIs, and optimizing procedures to increase team efficiency.As a leader in the pharmacovigilance team, this role involves overseeing the workflow process, providing support to other project team activities, and line managing assigned ICSR staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmacovigilance, with a strong background in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field.

What You Will Do
- Lead a team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects or groups of projects
- Ensure adequate distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams, overseeing the workflow process
- Manage project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including optimizing procedures and trainings
- Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead and manage ICSR deviations
- Review trackers and timesheet data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate as the assigned team SME, supporting other SMEs and providing expert guidance
- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation and communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and priorities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously
What We Are Looking For
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance, with demonstrated work experience in a line manager role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and delegation
- Experience with Excel and other technical tools relevant to pharmacovigilance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

- Experience with ICSR management software and other pharmacovigilance tools
