As a Pharmacy Technician Representative with Health Care Service Corporation, you will be the cornerstone of the company's success, empowering employees and fostering growth through curated development plans. What You Will Do
- Provide assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives
- Evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues, ensuring excellent customer service
- Work with internal departments, external vendors, and members to provide support
- Utilize strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using Excel and other software applications as needed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Stay up-to-date with pharmaceutical names, types, uses, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
- High School Diploma and current State Pharmacy Technician Licensure in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills, including Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred, but not required
