What You Will Do
- Evaluate AI model outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and alignment with medical standards
- Score diagnoses, case reasoning, and care recommendations against expert judgment
- Write structured feedback on clarity, safety, and clinical rigor
- Flag failure modes that compromise patient safety
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance
- Provide input on the development of AI models to ensure they meet medical standards
- Participate in discussions on model performance and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the AI models and their applications in healthcare
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and healthcare technology
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience in the US, UK, or Canada
- MD or DO from a reputable medical school
- Sharp attention to detail and clear written communication skills
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, public health, hospital-based, or mental health specialties
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts (desirable but not required)
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare software
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or machine learning in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- Certification in a healthcare specialty
- Experience in medical research or academia
