Job Description

About the Role

The Training Specialist - Non Clinical is responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing non-clinical training programs across the MedExpress platform. This includes providing training on MedExpress culture, professional development, service excellence, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize virtual training methods to provide training and support to non-clinical staff
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including policy and procedures, systems, and center operations
  • Assist in the evaluation of staff following trainings and provide regular feedback
  • Maintain accurate training records and notes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to MedExpress centers as needed
