About the Role
Sword Health is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join their team, providing 1-to-1 support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls. As a Physiotherapist at Sword Health, you will be an integral part of a team that is revolutionizing the way healthcare is delivered. Your expertise will be applied to surgical prehabilitation and the management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders, utilizing AI-driven approaches to enhance patient outcomes.The role entails working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, leveraging the power of AI to drive informed decision-making. You will also contribute to the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products, ensuring that Sword Health's solutions are grounded in evidence-based practices.
What You Will Do
- Provide 1-to-1 support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls
- Apply digital approaches to surgical prehabilitation and the management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders
- Support the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products
- Assist in data collection and testing to inform the development of new treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance patient outcomes and drive informed decision-making
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI-native care
- Contribute to the development of workflows and tools that elevate the whole team
- Embed AI into products and processes at scale to drive innovation
- Engage with members to drive behavioral change and motivational engagement
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage members in a digital care workspace
- Passion for personalized care that recognizes the whole person
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with a strong focus on member empowerment
- Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to data security and privacy
- Experience with AI-driven tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s)
- Experience delivering behavioral support
- Familiarity with digital health technologies and platforms
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Certification in a related field, such as orthopedic physical therapy
