About the Role
Sword Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join their team. As a Physiotherapist at Sword Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to patients through message-based chat and phone/video calls. You will work closely with the clinical team to apply Sword Health's digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and the management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a keen interest in the application of AI in physiotherapy. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

What You Will Do
- Provide 1-to-1 support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls
- Apply Sword Health's digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and the management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders
- Support the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products by assisting in data collection and testing
- Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physiotherapy and AI-driven care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care plans
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with patients in a digital care workspace
- Strong commitment to data security and privacy
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with a strong focus on member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure effectively
- Strong passion for personalized care and a keen interest in the application of AI in physiotherapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s), such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering behavioral support
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technology in physiotherapy
