- Provide top-notch clinical care combined with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
- Ensure customer safety and comfort, maintaining a smooth flow of customer care.
- Communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally with clients throughout their piercing experience.
- Create a comforting atmosphere for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a relaxed experience.
- Educate customers on aftercare, promoting Rowan's After Care for healing and well-being.
- Conduct thorough ear evaluations to find the perfect earring placement and offer personalized styling advice.
- Monitor the customer experience, quickly addressing and resolving any issues to maintain Rowan's clinical piercing standards.
- Maintain a sterile and aseptic environment, ensuring all surfaces, instruments, and supplies are clean and sanitized.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly and foster a joyful atmosphere.
