What You Will Do
- Investigate and confirm the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents
- Determine coverage, liability, and damages for claims
- Negotiate claims within the limits of your authority
- Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies and procedures
- Identify and handle subrogation or fraud potential
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior employees
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
- Handle investigation regarding all aspects of complex auto claims
- Exercise discretion and independence within increased levels of authority
