What You Will Do
- Support and maintain the company's customer experience technology platforms, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Enterprise CCaaS platform
- Collaborate with CX engineers, system developers, and business stakeholders to support platform operations and assist with releases
- Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of CX platforms
- Help implement improvements to CX systems, including new features and functionality
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that CX platforms are aligned with business needs
- Assist with the testing and deployment of new releases and updates to CX platforms
- Provide training and support to other teams on the use of CX platforms
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in CX platforms
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CX platforms
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Enterprise CCaaS platform (or similar CX platforms)
- Strong understanding of CX systems and technology
