About the Role
The PMO Supervisor role at ClearCaptions, LLC, is a pivotal position that supports the delivery engine of the Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all projects by overseeing project management standards, auditing delivery practices, and coaching project teams. The PMO Supervisor works under the direction of the Manager, PMO, to maintain operational discipline across Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Project Coordinators. This position serves as the day-to-day quality control function of the PMO, ensuring all work is executed in alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and expectations.The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, accountability, collaboration, service, and quality. As a key member of the PMO team, the PMO Supervisor will interact closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and senior leadership. The ability to communicate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate collaboration will be essential in this role.
What You Will Do
- Review and validate project plans to ensure alignment with PMO standards, templates, and delivery methodology.
- Ensure all projects maintain accurate schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment.
- Provide feedback to project managers on gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment based on project plans.
- Monitor execution across project managers to ensure consistency and adoption of stage gate processes.
- Establish and enforce PMO operating rhythms, including weekly status updates and bi-weekly project health checks.
- Define regular project audits and health checks across active projects.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, SDLC, Agile practices, and governance frameworks.
- Track project plans audit findings, create action plans, and share remediation actions with PMO leadership.
- Escalate systemic execution issues and risks to PMO leadership.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Project Coordinators.
- Partner with the Supervisor of Business and Technical Analyst to recommend PMO process improvements.

- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile, is preferable.
